I am a fully qualified and insured psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience of supporting people to address things they are finding difficult. During this time I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of issues. The themes I refer to within my website is far from exhaustive; if you think I may be able to help please do get in touch so that we can think about this together.
I have extensive experience of working with issues relating to trauma, loss and bereavement, addicted families, and co-dependency.
I have a particular interest in and regularly work with clients wishing to explore their gender identity and expression and/or sexuality.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I subscribe to their Guidelines for Ethical Practice.
In my private practice, I currently work with self-referring individuals over the age of 16.
I am based in South West London, and currently see clients at locations in SW1 and SW16. In certain circumstances, I may also be able to work with you via phone and/or Skype.
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I offer end of life support to individuals and their families as an End of Life Doula. If you would like to know more about my approach and current availability please get in touch to arrange a telephone conversation and/or initial meeting.
I am a qualified to teach mindfulness and self compassion (MBCT, MBSR, and MBCL) and offer mindfulness training to individuals and groups. Please get in touch to find out about forthcoming events.
Beyond the consulting room, I teach individuals to swim and have a particular interest in working with adults for whom the water feels to be a less than comfortable environment.
